September 2019 saw the launch of the new Land Rover Defender in Frankfurt, where an exciting virtual reality experience was created to capture the capability, innovation and world class technology that the Defender had to offer.

Guests that took part in this experience were required to watch a ‘mission’ briefing. This saw the new Defender ambassador Bear Grylls explain the objectives of the experience and how to successfully complete the missions.


They also had the chance to take a photo of themselves for the digital souvenir takeaway.

After guests completed their experience, they were able to share their digital souvenir and see their place on the live leaderboard.The experience encompassed what the new Defender portrays - adventure, excitement and adaptability.
